I must say, I am pretty impressed that Christina A. picked a Nirvana song for two of her team members to battle over on the most recent episode of The Voice. This is a pretty rockin’ cover of “Heart-Shaped Box” by Lindsey Pavao and Lee Koch. Lindsey won the battle, but they both pretty much killed it on this song. Make sure to keep your eye on Lee, though, because I have a sneaking suspicion his time in the spotlight isn’t over yet. I now have this song permanent stuck in my head. So, there’s that.
Did you catch Charlotte Sometimes’ battle performance on this past Monday’s episode of The Voice? If not, you can check it out here! She took on Lex for a cover of “Pumped Up Kicks.” Charlotte did an amazing job, and we would like to congratulate her on advancing to the live show rounds. We will be cheering for her to go all the way, and you should too (Because her voice ra ra rocks)!
