Spotify is planning to launch in the US tomorrow, according to information just confirmed by the company to Digital Music News.  Executives further confirmed that a licensing pact with Warner Music Group was finalized today (Wednesday), considered the last major snag before stateside launch.

The version will be paid-only initially, with free versions being handed out on an invite-only basis.
